Over the years we have settled on a workflow we have tested with many customers, built on transparency, collaboration and a result-driven mindset. Most of our projects run three to four weeks from kickoff to launch, because we keep scope tight on purpose.

That now includes AI engineering: assistants grounded in your own data, retrieval and semantic search, and custom Model Context Protocol servers. We are deliberate about where models belong — they extract, summarise and explain, while decisions that must be correct every time stay in tested, deterministic code.
