Over the years we have settled on a workflow we have tested with a lot of customers. It is built on transparency, collaboration and a result-driven mindset — and it is the same whether the project runs three weeks or three months.
A shared board you can open at any time, and a written update every week. You never have to ask where things stand.
Every sprint ends with something you can click. Progress you cannot use is not progress.
Including when the honest answer is that a feature is not worth building, or that we are not the right team for the job.
Our approach
We work out what actually needs building, and what does not. Most of the money a project saves is saved here.
We resolve the hard interaction questions on screen, where changing your mind is cheap, rather than in code where it is not.
Short sprints, each ending in working software you can use — not a status report describing software you cannot.
Going live should be routine. By this point we have deployed the same way dozens of times.
You choose whether we stay. Either way you leave with everything you need to run it without us.
